The Lakes

The Lakes is inside our normal Mercer Island route, which is the practical difference between a two-hour arrival window and a whole day at home waiting. Because the whole service area is one island, a second visit for an ordered part is rarely more than a few days out.

Most Wolf installations here are set into millwork that was built around the appliance. Floor protection goes down before anything is moved, the unit comes out on the gas line's own slack rather than being dragged, and the anti-tip bracket is re-engaged and checked in front of you before we leave.

What we handle here

• Range Repair Dual fuel and all-gas Wolf ranges — sealed burners, spark ignition, the oven cavity beneath them, and the griddle and charbroiler modules on the wider tops.
• Oven Repair Built-in Wolf wall ovens, single and double — convection, bake and broil elements, door latches, thermostats and the control boards that drive them.
• Cooktop Repair Wolf gas, induction and electric cooktops — sealed burner assemblies, induction coils and inverters, touch controls and the wiring behind the glass.
• Range Hood Repair Wolf wall, island and pro hoods — blower motors, speed control, halogen and LED lighting banks, and the ducting the hood is trying to push through.
